also, please apologies I forgot... the size of reserve 5-7 years or 10-12 makes the 20,000 be a lot or not a lot or even not enough ..
Aspects like that u should add in your consideration/
Finally if u have ONE SIDE also u must factor some risk factor... you have storm, you have workers union stops, you have break of machinery. If u have just one place u run a risk to loose plenty if some bad events happen... you don't have cushion.
Im not saying all bad, but KAR IS NOT in a comfortable position at all.
If they were you should be,...the price on screen will be much better than it is.
