Johnnieboy ,many of my investments have gone lower before they went much higher. It was only when I learnt patience and diligence that my net worth grew a few thousand times over from my silly early life. I always buy some of the worst houses in the best streets in a suburb next door to the best suburbs. DCN is on the best street leading into this rising PRECIOUS METALS BOOM, but it surely needs a little fixing up.
