a lot of pessimism abounds in this market.The ptice has held up well ...money in next week...no doubt a statement from management then or soon after...I would hope for a special dividend +/- buyback.They have to keep some of the money for future court cases...they have stated the percentage return to shareholders & I am sure this will be honoured. We dont know how tough these negotiations were....these big companies dont give in without a fight....Judge ward needs to work on the w'end.
