ADY is locked in a death spiral accelerated by the downturn in commodity prices. Forecasters expect IO prices to drop by up to %30 percent in the coming months. If the mine was not cost effective with record IO prices do you think it will suddenly become so?

You have high overheads due to transportation costs i.e long distance to port and hauled by trucks. Crusher is to small to process viable quantities. IO is of a low grade increasing the amount need to be mined to get it out of the ground. The port that is to small to handle big enough ships, to name a few.

The port which is to small is also shut to IO during the fruit harvesting season(i.e now).

So can they fix the problems?
A) long distance to port =No
B) Port to small =No they need 80mil and time to upgrade they have no time or money!
C) Crusher to small, where is the crusher they ordered? as per their announcements?
D) Low Commodity prices = No downturn will drop them

The IO mine will eventually bleed the company dry, get out while you can or fall into the pit.
