"Pursuant to the agreement, the Company has agreed to pay all expenditure in relation to the care and
maintenance of the Mining Assets, estimated to be approximately $80,000 per month, from the date of
payment of the deposit until settlement of the Proposed Acquisition which is anticipated to be completed in
February 2009."
