Don't disagree with your logic on most points...but for those with cash to invest...where will they put it ? Interest rates declining to zero or certainly on a downward spiral and you wouldn't go near residential or commercial property would you ? It's got to work its way into the system eventually. I don't profess to be an expert, just trying to be upbeat. I'm trading in & out and hoping China will need our resources to fuel infrastructure spending. Anyway...a complicated situation which history tells us will be resolved at some point.
