    NEW YORK, March 14 (Reuters) - U.S. stock futures rose
    further on Friday following news that JPMorgan Chase & Co
    and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will provide
    financing for Wall Street bank Bear Stearns Co Inc. .

    S&P 500 futures rose 17.7 points, above fair value,
    a pricing evaluation that accounts for interest rates,
    dividends and time to expiration on the contract.

    Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 127
    points, while Nasdaq 100 futures rose 25 points.
