well, gsw, i grin and agree with you all the way on your opinion about what "experts" say...whatever they say do the opposite cause that's what they'll be doing!!..just watched this professor so and so economic expert on the 7.30 report abc...his bottom advice for australians now is to get rid of all debt?..lol.lol..this is now when interest rates have begun to go down, loans are getting cheaper (l know just got a loan consolidation now)..and now is the time to invest into good producers at rock bottom sp which should be reached by end of this month...why would you go into cash now when interest for cash deposits will go down further...we are facing a five year low and now is the time to set yourself for your next five years of profits ahead..gotta be picky and choosy but never ever run with the sheep and never ever do what "experts" want you to do....such is life....
