    Market is in total chaos not even 500 billion pound UK bailout and coordinated monetary policy is having an impact. There quite frankly is NO BULLETS LEFT IN THE MAGAZINE for governments around the world. Gentlemen, 7000 is now certainty, plan for that. FMG $1, BHP under $20. These are now distinct possibilities.
