no doubt we are at bottom or close to it in world markets stocks and pe are at historical lows, when we wake up with the next US profit results coming through which will show good profits on the back of low interest rates and the low US dollar the markets will recover very quickly, I expect the Dow tonite to start with a sell off but recover very strongly as fund managers see what a bargain the US stocks are
