The +68 is the number when Dow futures closed on Monday afternoon in pit trading.
For live numbers you use to get them from CBOT but now it has changed to CMEGROUP, where the Dow futures trade overnight electronically.
Right now showing -9 at 12229. This is difference between cash and futures contracts. The DJIA that most watch each night is "cash" and not a futures contract.
