They were trying to sell their stake in AAG for about a year, but have recently given up trying to sell it because they couldn't get the price they wanted.
Personally, I think this is a good thing, because AAG is a good fit with their other agricultural holdings. When the ag sector turns around, this company should fly.
I still miss Alan Newman though...
