Just because i agree does not make me related, that would also be speculation, slightly unjustified.
all i was suggesting is that there are advantages to both, and any diversified portfolio should hold a cash/fixed interest component, by using hybrids you are just opening your options, hybrids are typically the domain of more sophisticated investors, and making people aware of them is a positive i would have thought? Or would you rather be oblivious to them?
I mention a cap raising on two fronts firstly my brokers research suggests that it is a risk and secondly if FCL did purchase some of TIM assets a cap raising would be enevitable,
