the sale of non core assets will reduce debt and assets, overall making FCL a smaller company, i would appreciate some sort of reasoning that would justify FCL market capgoing from 307mil to the better part of 2.4bil.
With the risk of a cap raising increasing the number of shares on issue i am not sure that i would make an investment based on those assumtions
