Lynas has made more than sufficient deposit to the gov for granting time to develope on how to commercialise its residue. If new gov doesn't want to wait then go for PDF, just waste the soil nutrition. If new gov have time then work together. Very simple
Don't know when the development will complete but both parties were originally scheduled the last deposit payment on 31dec2019, it may not be a short program.
IMO Malay gov already has something in hand to safeguard its bottomline, money and daily monitor the radiation level within 20km. It should not even put to media because it is just normal negotiation.
