LYC is in desperate need of a charismatic leader. Someone who doesn't go on interviews to say that the RE market is small and your car only uses a tiny amount of RE. She seems to have no idea how important REs are in modern electronics. A CEO is required who will travel to US and sell LYC to silicon valley and big investors and who talks up the future of RE market instead of constantly stating that it is a tiny market.
