it's interesting that they are planning to sleeve the Jolokia well, to get around casing selection issues, but not to sleeve and use HAB2/3 to be able to use the demo generator.
I wouldn't have thought that the well being full of mud is a fatal flaw. Sleeve, pump out mud, run some fluid away you go?
Avoid cost and risk of relocation of plant.
Am i missing something?
