It is beginning to look very much like FWA legal opinion was to present there report in this form to DPP, in order to drag the whole thing on for another 18 months.
It is undeniable that FWA knew the report would stall at the DPP! Nothing short of a Royal Commission will assign responsibility for this illegal activity. The great pity is that the "past its use by date" ALP/Green/Independant government will be booted out only after their 3 years.
What has happened to the GG! This unconcionable conduct by the Gillard government deserves intervention. ALP has a history of distorting our democracy for its own purposes and it is time for Gillard to claim that "nothing will save the Governer General".
