Don't think that the FWA investigation concerned itself with alleged 'secret commissions'.
The alleged payment of 'secret commissions' is in the hands of the police. Separate issue from misuse of credit card and alleged tax evasion.
Maybe if Kathy Jackson was caught 'J' walking we would have some serious action from FWA.
