    note carefully -

Bernadette O'Neill has released ONLY a STATEMENT -

and NOT the full report. She's referred THAT on to the DPP - but we continue to be left in the dark about it's full allegations.

As we have been already kept in the dark for the past 3 years.

Who, then gets to hear of the full allegations?

In the case of other allegations of possible crimes, such as company fraud, murder, rape, theft, abductions, road rage, dangerous driving, absconding, mass murders, domestic violence, a host of alleged offences, we, the public, get to hear the details of what the charges will be, and when to expect legal action, via the media.

How come then that this one's about to be buried under six tonnes of secrecy - yet again, and will the allegations ever be revealed in full detail, or just forgotten about?

As this has such heavy political implications, surely those who voted for Craig Thomson, and the people he represents in his Seat, and moreso the wider public, have a right to know something more than a reading a brief "Statement" by a Union official? Which tells us nothing more than what we already know - he is under continued investigation!

Talk about covering up! It's now three years and counting.
An absolute disgrace as others have said here.

The full report of allegations - don't we have a right to know fuller details, at least of the legal timetables. How long do the DPP get to decide - and WHO makes the decisions?
