"THE industrial watchdog is expected to reveal the broad findings of its investigation into the Health Services Union's (HSU) national office, and the union's former boss Craig Thomson.

Fair Work Australia has yet to guarantee all of the details of the investigation - which in part looked at alleged credit card misuse by Mr Thomson, who now sits as a federal Labor MP - will be publicly released"

Mmmmmmmm "broad findings" ... "um .. we found something but can't tell you what it is"

    classic stuff

Shorten continues to tell us that FWA is an "independent apolitical body" .. yet FWA GM Bernadette O'Neill, who refused to co-operate with police, is also a former trade unionist who was hand picked by Shorten for the role after her predecessor was promoted. I expect she will also be promoted to Commissioner status to mitigate the chances of testifying before a Senate Committee.

We now have multiple investigations into investigations with both the Commonwealth Ombudsman and KPMG conducting their own enquiries into the FWA. Yet Shorten tells us that the system is working and he can do nothing about it…. Convenient eh?
