Up more than 25% off its lows, but what will drive fleetwood forwards?
Margins have reduced dramatically on sustained revenues. Can margins improve? Might be time to aim for increased margins on lower sales and stabilise, so we can see some profit growth even though at a Low base. Mining has slowed but not stopped, the grey army get greyer and are on the move after selling the family home and affordable housing has never been more in need with the demand for the fwd solution surely to come into its own soon. Lastly cheap schools and quality tradies cabins are both good sectors. Fwd is my pick for the year. Just need a driver. Hopefully next half results and a rising divvy. Glta.
