Curious whether anyone is following this company and sees value at or around these levels? Obviously, SP is in a downtrend confirmed by multiple indicators and the longer-term fundamentals have been "choppy" to say the least. However, it looks like there has been a resructure and there now a clear and simplified strategy in place going forward consisting of 3 separate but related divisions - building solutions, accommodation solutions and rv solutions. Recent results have been mixed, with a couple divisions delivering positive outcomes especially since the sale of the loss making caravan manufacturing division. Debt looks under control. Solid cashflows are being generated. Revenue and earning are on the rise. Dividend policy is attractive.
