Thanks TL. Just as a suggestion, maybe it would do all of us a favour if you sent those posts to Brett or try to ring them. Could save shareholders from more "innocent collateral damage".
The only "breach", so far, is that they have not complied with the time and quantum rules, at least. Minimum expectation here would be for the entire GM being pulled to resolve everything.
Then they will be left with the immediate funding concern???


People are still buying in relatively large numbers and SP seems to be holding as all sales so far have been taken from the offer and none down to the bidder. Very interesting times.
