I have followed up Mr. Landau's status within CTR with the following email;

Dear Mr. Eastman,

The Notice of the General Meeting dated 8 September 2014 is signed off by Mr. Landau in a capacity of "Executive Director". The Company website, which is sorely in need of updating, lists Mr. Landau as a Non Executive Director.

If Mr.Landau is, in fact, an Executive Director could you please advise;
a. what Executive position he holds within the company,
b. the date that he was appointed to this position,
and c. the date this appointment was announced to the ASX and/or Shareholders.

Could you confirm that the Company's Constitution permits Non Executive Directors, other than the Chairman, to call General Meetings.

In the event that Mr. Landau remains a Non Executive Director do you intend to issue a correction to the Announcement of 8 September and/or take other remedial action to correct this error.
