Well FX starting to really bite IFM as old, in money, hedges roll off. Also hard to understand paying $4.7m cash for a business that delivered only $535K revenue and $1,000 profit for 4 months to December! It either means that they expect hockey stick earnings trajectory for acquisition, or is a poor reflection in their outlook on existing business - as they could utilise cash to buyback and cancel at circa 6 times earnings, now that is accretive providing your earnings do not fall!
