- BBSW 3.5%
- exchange for equity in Oct 2013
- sell equity at 20% below VWAP
Noting margin is 1.55% per annum to April 2011 and then 3.75% from there, ANNUALISED RETURN to 2013 is equivalent of 28% PER ANNUM.
Suggest you won't get this return year-in year-out with the equity.
