yeah in truth i think the whole thing is a bit of a zero sum game. ultimately if you don't charge interest in BNPL someone has to pay, in this case the merchants. but surely they can't be paying it for nothing...this is partially offset by the new customers that would not have purchased in the first place, but inevitably will have to result in higher prices. so the customers pay for it in the end.
yeah in truth i think the whole thing is a bit of a zero sum...
