the problem is you can take out a 28 degrees card (and others), which is also a MasterCard and get exactly the same forex saving without paying an annual fee. I have been using my 28 degrees card for years for online purchases and overseas travel. I team it with a Citibank Plus card which enables me to draw cash overseas without paying forex fees. I have recommended this pair of cards to so many people, I reckon I should get a commission
This product definitely is attractive for those people (and small businesses) who need an interest free period and I guess that is their target audience.
