Hey guys I'm a bit lost on this so please excuse the dumb questions but where are they trying to list ?

I note previous attempts to list in Frankfurt which failed and I note they sold shares privately to those who used them for trading which I found bizzare .

Aren't they Mauritias based and all that I can find is they are using someones elses licence in Australia  ; "(No. 456992) of HLK Group Pty Ltd which holds the Australian Financial Services License (AFSL 435746). In addition, FXPRIMUS will be submitting their application for an AFS license."

I note they have a Sydney address but the same phone number as UK and Mauritius and they are Mauritius based .

Some mixed reviews on a few sites I use but nuffin as bad as pepperstone , axi or go markets and they do take the time to try and sort out negative comments .
