    FOX ACQUIRES RADIO HILL ROYALTIES
    Fox Resources Limited (“Fox”) (ASX Code: FXR) is pleased to announce the
    acquisition of the Radio Hill Royalties from Titan Resources Ltd. The
    royalties relate to the Radio Hill deposit and the Sholl nickel deposits. This
    has significant implications for the company as all current and future
    production from these deposits is now royalty free.
    The consideration to acquire the Radio Hill royalties was satisfied by the
    immediate issue of 250,000 Fox ordinary shares and a cash payment of
    $225,000. Please find attached an Appendix 3B for the issue of shares.
