FXX / LLL Demerger, page-17

Hello all, hope you're well. Given that FFX intends to maintain an interest of up to 20% in LLL, are holders expecting the in-specie distribution to be 1 LLL share for every 5 FFX shares held?

I don't hold FFX currently, but am motivated to take a position due the distribution of LLL shares and the entitlement offer. I like FFX, but that's mainly because of Goulamina. There will be no IPO for LLL, so the only option for non-FFX holders will be to buy on market.
