I imagine that the final list for LLL entitlement will be prepared by Computershare (the company's share registry) as at the record date (usually 2 days after ex-entitlement date to allow for T+2 days settlement of trades on that final day).

Computershare will then contact all registered shareholders with their respective entitlements to LLL shares in specie distribution. This information will also be available electronically via Computershare - and then any trading platforms or nominee holdings that people hold shares through.
