Red Baron, thanks a lot for this helpful example of how the SF Prospectus and the detailed Prospectus could look like. As I am from Germany -hopefully an eligible jurisdiction- I have tried to find a list or declaration of eligible shareholders in preparation for the ffx demerger process. However, I couldnt find a list, just

No action has been taken to register this Prospectus or otherwise to permit a public offering of New Shares in any jurisdiction outside Australia (p20 1.9).

and on the other hand

The Company notes that at the date of this Prospectus, there are no Ineligible Shareholders.(p20 1.10)

Now I am confused. Do you know if I could expect a clear declaration if Germany or other EU companies are in the group of eligible companies?
