that is, that terminology might have been used because at the time and still currently the only leo shareholder is Firefinch, so it must refer to Firefinch shareholders, but at the time of the in specie the leo shareholders will exist.

i never heard of public / asx or any entitlement of shares in one company existing because of a holding in another company, but i guess it's possible within a group of companies, either directly or indirectly.
