Very much agree.
The latest Valuation Date to the Share Sale Agreement would be 30 June 2017. It gives 10 working days for the deal to be concluded which would be around next week Friday. Coincidentally, the mid July date seems close to some news on the completion of the Hainan Island plant.
Prior to the Valuation Date, I would assume the buyers of Pan Andean would prefer the prices of KPO, Jervoice and Golden be as low as possible. Now that 5.6c for KPO shares is established as the valuation price for the share exchange, it would be the interest of both the buyers and sellers of Pan Andean to have KPO SP in the upwards direction.
