Just read through the FY2009 report.
You'd think the WER deal was the most significant financial event for ADX during FY2009, however there is no mention of it in the directors report.
Still suspect that deal is dead or looking shakey, hence the requirement for the deal with Trafalgar to issue up to $20mil worth of shares over 30 months.
