All definately positive. Also extremely interesting SEA with their recent huge increase in cash, talk of possible acquisition possibly in another basin. Maybe they'll buy ETE or someone similar who knows.

Regardless the acquisition of another producer in shale oil and gas plays, combined with SEA's ability to joint venture, spread risk, cost, reward and increase production and revenue by 20 to 27 percent, bodes for a very bright future and one would think a significant increase in the SP as these factors occur.
