tamz the 2.5 times is based on interest cover of the net debt - ie. if he net debt is $37m. and the interest on that was say 8% then the interest would be $2.96m......
and assuming the ebitda was $22m. then the interest cover would be 7.43 times - an ample cover ......correct me if i'm wrong on this......
