for better or worse I've sold at loss early this morning on the basis of increased debt (almost overwhelming) and forcast flat earnings over the next couple of years ...omission of dvd. is also a warning ....
the interest of 8.25% on the $50m. note issue is slightly greater than return on capital for fy 2015 = 8% - ie. no return on that capital at all......repayment on debt would have to made from profits on CAJ's own equity, so no dvd's for a number of years while this debt is being reduced....
then there expenditure for equipment/technology which has to be continually upgraded to keep up with the latest developments......
looking at it pessimistically, you could say that CAJ is just pushing the debt cart further down the road
price currently does seem to be stabilizing though....
