Sure at face value this sounds a bad move - based upon a poorly executed strategy by a completely different management. I’d imagine SHJ have studied the lessons of the aborted SGH move in a different time.
im prepared to listen to their plans and judge from there.
who knows, maybe this is a smokescreen to attract disillusioned UK lawyers to relocate out here.
I mean, the UK is about to enter a terrible economic outlook and the Westminster system of justice does have some transferability both ways.
