Does anyone know whether ALL has provided an estimate for its Dec 09 FY? By my rough calculations I see them making a net loss in the range of $20m. Main reason for the loss would be the change in general and administration costs ... in the half year reports booked as (152,986) compared to previous year(48,233). Anyone know the reason for the increase?
Moreover, anyone willing to comment on where ALL will go from there? Final deliberation date for the convertable bond case is late Jan 2010 http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/business/a/-/national/6513783/aristocrat-tries-to-curb-us-bond-case-damages/ . If ALL has to payout most of the USD233 their NTA and NA will become negative. (Can't see that any provision has been taken up in the most recent financial statements either).
So, will ALL tank by Feb 2010?
