I am not sure what monith it was........Jan or Feb this year...and LEI was falling rapidly each day for days...

I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES...............


I said thank you and grabbed a BUNDLE...more than I could hold with my margin loan............

and then OFFLOADED 50%....to reset my LVR


..........this is happening so often in this market
