Was thinking about this as well last week, first thing you have to take into account is they are effectively doing an Annual Report for the Half Year, to change their financial year end.

With that in mind, I would like to see:
- $1.5m NPAT (equivalent of $3m for a full FY)
- Solid growth in Buffet Club
- Continued strength in Payments/Rewards business
- Expenses being contained

Enjoy Shanghai was only scheduled to settle at end of FY, so no financial impact, but it would be good to understand at the AGM more about the business acquired, along with the proposed E-Commerce platform that is being launched.

Confirmation on the licence would be good also, but not sure whether the Chinese have finalised anything around that yet.
