The Tudehope's still own so much of this that they are not at the mercy of analysts or lenders. In the past, they have taken the longer-term view and invested for growth at the expense of short-term profit.
In the past, the market sulked about this, which is partly what produced the opportunity to buy so cheaply in 2008. Fortunately, this investment cycle, they should remain profitable, so I imagine they'll hold up okay.
i.e. I'm guessing bottom line will be a bit go-nowhere for a year while they invest in new capacity and then should be followed by another decent leg up, which could be another good one given that they still remain cheap and generate good cashflow. I'll keep them in the long-term portfolio, but I can imagine more active investors will move funds to a trade with better short-term prospects.
