Possibly..i invested in and out of AMM and IIN and followed telco stocks closely over the years and a PE of 10 seemed to be where they traded at. They have gone up now and the sector averages 13 so 15 seems a bit high and even at 15 BGL would be fully valued wouldn't it ?
