On a monthly basis as shown in the chart below, RSI is as low as it has ever been which is of some comfort.
The problem is that that really is a fairly short history.
Long term moving averages still show support around 21 - 22.
Resistance is obviously around 26 and a solid stay above that will signal a better scenario.
For those prepared to accept an even more bearish target, the apparant H&S pattern says $17 is worthy of consideration.
