i think earthquakes are the only real risk i can think of too...
BJT may be able to negate this impact though because by the looks of it the properties are relatively well dispersed. so in the event it did hit it may not be so bad?
i think BNB/BBP sentiment is weighing badly on it now at the moment in terms of share price action.
