Gearing is 58.8% and interest rate is a measly 1.99% (can this be right?). they have enough cash on hand to repay their debt maturing this year and no other repayments due till 2010. Japanese real estate market looks sound (at the moment). I would like to invest in it but have taken such a hammering on other property investment companies (that also look good on paper).

But what do I know, good stocks that look cheap are falling further daily. No confidence left in the market.
