Guys...PTN is a no-brainer and you just cannot make a comparison with other property coys.

PTN has just given a strong indication that for FY 09 divs will be around 8.4 cents paid in quarterly drops - 100% tax deferred.

This, on a present SP of 45 cents.

And the Directors have also given a strong indication on profitability to be around 8.7 cents for FY 09.

And good gearing at 33% and no debt to refinance short term.

Plus...the NTA is holding up. Whilst other Property vehicles will be devaluing this year on falling property values, PTN is maintaining its NTA of around $1.05. This is because it is in a niche area (retirement) which is SOLID and growing.

Conclusion: Today you can buy a genuine $1.05 worth of property for just 45 cents and also get a tax deferred dividend of 8.4 cents or an annual return (after tax) of
    18.6%.

    Where can you beat that?
